Eligible doctors can apply online for subsequent Medicare provider numbers using Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) through your PRODA account.

Please note that if you are not eligible to use HPOS, you will need to submit a paper application form (HW019), and this can take up to 6-weeks 🗓️
